If a dispute arises, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally through Hangdayunstore’s designated support channel, support@hangdayunstore.com, for a period of 30 days.
Any formal dispute resolution proceeding will be brought solely on an individual basis and not as a class, consolidated, or representative action. Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may bring an individual action in small claims court or seek injunctive relief for the protection of intellectual property.
